Spectrum's Associates are former casino executives, regulators and law enforcement professionals with extensive casino experience. Our associates have multi-jurisdictional and international experience and have planned, developed and operated casino projects throughout the United States and internationally.

Below please find a list of our Associates and brief description of their gaming experience.

Steve Gelardi, Director of Regulatory Affairs, has over twenty years of casino experience with the New Jersey State Police and New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement where he served as Chief Executive of Investigations until May 1999.

Gerald Cunningham, Special Advisor, is a former Member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and serves on various Compliance Committees for international gaming companies.

Richard Teng, Sr. Associate, has twenty-five years experience as a casino executive and as a regulator.

Glenn Golden, Associate, has broad-based multi jurisdictional experience in casino marketing research and planning. He served as Manager of Planning and Analysis for Showboat Atlantic City and as Executive Director of Marketing for the Crystal Palace in the Bahamas.

John Williams, Associate, has over thirty years of marketing experience. Based in New South Wales, Australia, John has conducted feasibility studies and developed market plans for hotel and gaming projects in Australia, Southeast Asia and the South Pacific.

John McLauhglin, Associate, retired as a senior agent with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement where he conducted compliance investigations and inspections of gaming equipment. John has also conducted background investigations.

Sander J. Greenberg, CPA has been a principal of his own accounting firm located in Atlantic City, NJ. He has 25 years of gaming experience having served as Financial Advisor to the Executive Committee and as Secretary to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Bally's Park Place Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

Howard S. Levine, CPA served in several management positions including Vice President, Internal Audit with Bally's Gaming Group. He also served as an advisor to the Chairman of the Gaming Group and as an advisor to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Hector Rivera Davila, Sr. Hector Rivera Davila, Sr., Associate has extensive casino development and operational experience throughout the Caribbean and South America. He has served as Casino Director for the J.W. Marriott Hotel and Stellaris Casino in Lima, Peru; Director of Casino Operations for the Mayaguez Hilton Hotel and Casino in Puerto Rico; Casino Director for Ladbroke in Lima with upscale Casino Villanova, and has been with Sol Melia as casino Director opening Paradisus in Puerto Rico. Davila has extensive regulatory experience, having served for the Tourism Company of Puerto Rico with the Gaming Department. He participated in the changes to the Gaming Regulations in Puerto Rico.

James F. Wortman, Associate has over 22 years experience as an educator, casino administrator and casino executive. He serves as Director, Office of Gaming Education and Research, Conrad Hilton College, University of Houston and formerly served as Resident Director with Atlantic County Community College, Casino Career Institute.

Shaun McCamley, Sr. Associate, Asia Pacific has international casino development and operational experience. He served as Vice President of Gaming for the Subic Bay Casino in the Philippines and developed a five star casino hotel in the Marianas Islands. He has also served as an advisor and consultant to various projects in the Asia Pacific region and Australia.

Panagiotis Zaglis, Associate Greece and Eastern Europe – has over ten years of gaming and tourism experience in Greece and Eastern Europe. He worked as a casino inspector at the then government owned Mont Parnes Parnitha Casino in Athens, Greece. Mr. Zaglis has experience in conducting economic analysis for tourism and gaming facilities, in many aspects of casino operations and in casino surveillance Cathy Hsu, Special Advisor, is a Professor, Associate Head and Graduate Program Director in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Hong Kong. She is the editor and chapter author of two books on casino gaming including Casino Industry in Asia Pacific: Development, Operation, and Impact published in 2004. She has also authorized various gaming publications that have appeared in travel industry journals. Professor Hsu’s research focus has been on the economic and social impacts of casino gaming and tourism.

Hospitality Concepts Asia, is a Taiwan based company specializing in services to the hospitality industry.

He is an18 year veteran of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, having served much of that time in Asia. Bill formerly served as Associate Managing Director of Kroll Associates (Asia) Ltd. and founded OVG International in 1991. He is also the author of three books relating to his law enforcement and corporate experiences in Asia.Paul Bromberg also has over 15 years experience in Asia. Paul speaks fluent Mandarin and Thai and is a recognized expert on Mainland China and Southeast Asian business practices. Paul was formerly Director of Research for Kroll Associates (Asia) Ltd. He graduated with honors from the University of Leeds, England and spent a number of years conducting research at Fudan University in Shanghai and at Xiamen University in Fujian Province, China
