    Tony Restuccia has over 39 years of experience in casino regulation, casino administration, loss prevention, and accounting. He has 26 years of experience in the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (“DGE”) managing all aspects of casino regulation and enforcement. Restuccia has 13 years of experience in the private sector including loss prevention, auditing, and financial analysis. His private sector experience includes seven years with Walmart, four years with CPA firms, and two years in the casino industry.

    At the DGE, Restuccia held several management positions including Chief Investigator, Deputy Chief – Licensing Investigations and the Supervising Agent for the Office of Financial Investigations. His responsibilities included managing the investigations of corporate, service industry and individual license applicants, conducting financial analysis, and regulatory and enforcement matters relating to casino operations and DGE’s slot machine lab.

    Restuccia spent two years in Casino Administration in Nevada where he developed and implemented management policies and regulatory procedures relative to casino operations, prepared forecasts, budgets and financial analysis.

    He began his career with CPA firms in New Jersey and Philadelphia, where he serviced a wide range of small to medium size clients in all phases of accounting, auditing and taxation.

    Restuccia received his BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Waynesburg College in 1974.
